Do you quarantine fish before offering them for sale?

Yes, we quarantine all of our fish for a minimum of 30 days before placing them for sale. During that time, we also closely monitor all fish for health and well-being.

What types of fish do you sell?

We offer a variety of freshwater and saltwater tropical fish. We also sell aquarium cleaner fish.

Do you sell fish food and aquarium supplies?

We currently only sell fish food and aquarium supplies at our Seattle store. However, we plan to start selling these supplies online in the next few months.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

We ship live fish and plants Monday through Thursday. Orders placed before 12 PM will ship out the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed on Thursday after 12 PM through Sunday will ship on Monday.

Can I cancel my order?

Most orders can be canceled within four hours of placement. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

My package did not arrive as scheduled. What should I do?

If at any time your package is delayed or does not arrive as scheduled, please contact us ASAP by phone or email.

Like fish, live plants have specific husbandry requirements that must be met for them to thrive. Please contact us so we can provide advice and recommendations.

Are live plants better than artificial plants?

Both live and artificial plants provide hiding places for your fish. However, only live plants provide the aquarium with beneficial oxygen and nutrients.
