SHIPPING

We offer free overnight FedEx shipping on all live fish and plant orders over $100. Overnight FedEx shipping is $25 for all live fish and plant orders under $100. We ship live fish and plants Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after on Thursday after 12 PM through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your FedEx Tracking Number. Please contact us immediately if your delivery is delayed or does not arrive on schedule or if your package arrives damaged.

GUARANTEES

We guarantee live arrival on all of our live fish orders. In the unlikely event that you experience the loss of a fish, we will refund you the cost of the fish that you purchased. If you experience the loss of all fish in the order, we will also refund you any shipping costs that you paid. Please be prepared to be home at the time of your delivery, and contact us immediately (by phone or email) if you experience loss.

We guarantee the health of our fish for 30 days after arrival. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns about the health and well-being of your new fish. In many cases, we can recommend simple adjustments to husbandry that can prevent the loss of your fish. If you do experience loss, we will refund you the purchase price of your fish.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your new fish or live plants, please contact us immediately. We offer limited exchanges and returns of live plants and in-store exchanges of live fish on a case-by-case basis. Please see Guarantees for information on our live arrival and health guarantees.

Most orders can be canceled within four hours of placement for a full refund, including shipping costs. Shipped orders cannot be canceled. Except for shipping costs associated with our live arrival and health guarantees, shipping costs are non-refundable.
